French Doors

If you are looking for that classic French Door option, look no further. At Elegance Entries and Windows, we build our own French Door units, either hinged or sliding, right here in our shop. With a variety of grid patterns (10 lite, 9 lite) and glass options (single, beveled, dual pane, laminated) available, it's the hard wood construction and our own 6 coat/12 step factory finish that puts the Elegance French Doors in a class by themselves. It's common for people to see a painted wood door in our showroom and ask if it is vinyl because our paint finish is that good. You will find no better value for wood French Doors in Orange County. Our showroom features sliding, in swing and out swing door units and sidelites with screens. Perhaps a vinyl door is a better option than wood. That's what our team of experts can help you determine. Vinyl Windows

With literally hundreds of brands available throughout the country, vinyl windows are a very regional product. This evolved due to the differences in home styles, construction practices, local weather, logistics and regional expectations. One window could not possibly address all the varied needs. There are challenges regionally as well that one particular window may not satisfy, and that is why we offer five brands to our customers. Our brands are Ply Gem (formerly CertainTeed), Milgard, IWC, Empire Pacific and Atrium. Each of these brands are highly rated, all locally produced in their individual factories here in Southern California, backed by lifetime warranties, and built to address a variety of requirements. Each brand also offers a variety of features and aesthetics that may appeal more to you than the others. The bottom line when comparing equally high quality vinyl windows to each other is that a good window is one you like. That's why we display each brand of window in our showroom. You have the opportunity to come in and work with our trained experts to find the right vinyl window option for your home.

Approximately two to three weeks after you have selected the right brand for your home, our Elegance Entries and Windows team of certified installers will be installing your new windows. We do not use subcontractors or day laborers. Occasionally, our customers request that we complete their window installation with painted or stained wood trim. That's not a problem for us - your full service door and window company.

We are also asked to turn windows into a patio doors, patio doors into windows, or maybe set a window where a wall presently is blocking view or restricting ventilation. No Problem! Give Elegance a call - we'll make it happen for you.

Patio Doors

Basically, there are hinged or sliding patio doors. With sliding patio doors, you basically have two model options: Standard or French Rail.

A standard patio door features a two inch wide steel reinforced vinyl frame, while a French Rail patio door has approximately four inch wide steel reinforced frame to mimic that of a hinged French Door. Both the standard and French Rail patio doors are built with stainless steel wheels, dual pane tempered glass and come complete with sliding screens.

Here at Elegance we build hinged, wood French Doors right here in our shop. (See FRENCH DOORS) We also sell hinged, vinyl French Doors from Ply Gem, IWC and Atrium. These hinged vinyl units offer low maintenance at a more economical price point. Like wood units, options for vinyl hinged doors do include out swing or in swing doors, and active or fixed sidelites.
When our team at Elegance installs either variety of vinyl patio doors, we complete the installation with painted, interior wood trim. Or if you prefer, we will complete the unit with beautifully stained wood trim. All the patio door options are on display in our showroom, complete with interior trim samples.
