Company History

Elegance Entries and Windows was founded in 1992 by Fred Polivka as a full service door and window company. Our mission was to "provide high quality product and service in a professional manner at an affordable price."  That mission continues today.

From the beginning, Elegance Entries and Windows produced window and door units exclusively with the highest quality materials available, such as solid hardwood doors, clear vertical grain hardwood jambs and solid brass commercial grade hardware. No finger-jointed soft woods or veneered doors are used in the construction of our windows and doors. Our exclusive "six coat - twelve step" factory finish process, whether painted or stained, was developed internally with top quality paint, stain and urethane. It is consistently recognized as the best finish produced in Orange County.

Elegance incorporated vinyl windows and doors into their product assortment to complement their high quality wood products as a more economical alternative. Today, Elegance is proud to offer a wide selection of vinyl products and brands that include Ply Gem, Milgard, IWC, Empire Pacific and Atrium. Each brand has unique features and benefits that may be best for your home.

Sadly, in 2009, our founder, Fred Polivka passed away. Brian Polivka, Fred's son, now leads  the Elegance Entries and Windows team and has positioned the company for a bright future focused on product quality and customer value.
