Elegance Entries and Windows

When we proclaim that we are your full service door and window company, we mean it. And that all starts from the moment we meet you. Our sales professionals will assist you by first understanding your situation. We will educate you about the various product options that may best suit your needs and budget. Our showroom gives you the opportunity to see the options in-person, and is well worth the visit. While at Elegance, you may even tour our wood shop where we physically build and finish the wood door and window products for our customers. If it is more convenient to you, our sales people will bring a version of our showroom right to your home. Free in-home consultations can be scheduled at times that work best for you. We are not a hard sell group. Our goal is complete customer satisfaction, because we want you to confidently share our name with your family, neighbors, friends and coworkers. That has been our best form of advertising for eighteen years.

Our sales team does not leave you after you agree to have Elegance work for you. As a matter-of-fact, during the installation our sales team will also be at your home to make sure the project is progressing the way you envisioned.

Production
-    Vinyl Products
All vinyl products are custom-made to the specifications necessary for your home that we provide to the individual manufacturer. It takes approximately two weeks for us to receive vinyl windows and patio doors, and approximately five weeks to receive hinged French Doors. Upon receipt and verification of the order, we contact you to schedule the installation date. The amount of time needed to install varies based on the amount of work per project. Our sales team will help estimate that for you. Once the installation is complete, you are presented with the appropriate warranties.

-    Wood Products
We manufacture all our wood entry and French Door units on-site here at Elegance. Using only hand crafted doors and all hardwood construction, door units are built using good old-fashioned craftsmanship. Come by our shop and see for yourself.

Our finish department will paint and/or stain all wood and clad products to the colors you have selected. Using our proprietary 6 coat/12 step process, recognized as the best finish in Orange County, you are sure to be satisfied.

To complete any door project, our wood production process takes approximately six-to-eight weeks. Once built, we complement all of our wood door units with solid brass, commercial grade hardware. At that point, the door units are reviewed one last time by our quality control supervisor and then transported to your home for installation.

Installation
Elegance Entries and Windows, as a Licensed Contractor (CA # 745295), installs all products using our employees. We do not use subcontractors or day-laborers. Our installers are trained and certified by the vinyl manufacturers to install all types of vinyl products. More importantly, our installers are journeyman carpenters who complete all wood entry projects, build or remove walls, header, drywall, light electrical and stucco work.

As a Licensed Contractor, we are also Bonded and Insured. We have received an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. Our installers are also trained and certified with environmentally friendly and EPA regulated guidelines.

In regard to customer service, our installers are conscientious and cleanup after each day of work. And after vinyl windows are installed they remove all factory labels and clean the glass. All their work is backed by our Elegance Entries and Windows warranty.
